Thank you for choosing Ingred's Esthetics for your skincare. As a solo esthetician, I reserve time exclusively for your appointment. Please read these terms carefully before your visit. By booking a treatment, you agree to follow the policies outlined below. I look forward to working with you.
All appointments must be booked in advance through my online booking system.
Appointments are not confirmed until they have been successfully booked. A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.
Please make sure you select the correct service when booking. If you are unsure which service is right for you, please reach out before booking and I will be happy to help.
Late Arrival Policies
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled so that I can remain on schedule for other clients.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will be charged.
Please understand that arriving late may mean that certain services cannot be completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may also be subject to the cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations may require full payment or a non-refundable deposit before future appointments can be booked.
Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable once completed.
If you have a concern about your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can understand the issue and determine the best way to assist you.
Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or results affected by factors outside of my control.
